Rebecca is a gracious hostess every Thursday to remind us to stop and remember the little things we have to be thankful for.
This week, I’m thankful for…
... my job. Or rather, that I love my job. Kids are absolutely fascinating...little human beings who are developing senses of humor as well as opinions. They make me smile...most of the time!
...snow days! The snow was beautiful today. CH worked from home & YS didn't have class or work today.
...heat. It was cold, y'all! I can't imagine not having a warm house to live in.
... coffee. It's been the perfect thing for these cold mornings.
What are you thankful for this week?
I am thankful for the people that the good Lord places in my life...good, bad, indifference etc...truly Blessed.
ReplyDeleteGreat list of things to be thankful for. I too am glad to have a warm house and I try to remember that when the heating bills come in :)

I have been so thankful for our warm house every day lately myself. I go out to the garage to throw out the garbage & when you come back in & feel that heat.... aaahhhh... such a blessing!
ReplyDeleteI've been DOWNING the hot coffee & hot tea in all this coldness!!! The best comfort!
We've had a relatively mild winter so far--unusually warm except for this week. However, a BIG snow is predicted this weekend. I know what you mean about teaching--always loved it. And now I love--and am grateful for--the opportunity to reconnect with former students through Facebook.
ReplyDeleteAlways thankful for family and friends...and that hot cup of coffee on these very chilly Florida mornings!
ReplyDeleteNo snow here in GA...and I'm praying it stays that way! I'm cold enough as it is! Stay warm, Mary!
ReplyDeletegreat thankful list
ReplyDeleteYes, kids are fascinating. I love my job, too. No snow here, but it we did have a cold rain today. Have a super, awesome week!!
ReplyDeleteHot running water. Love me a good soak in the tub.
ReplyDeleteNice list. A warm house is a favorite. We are so blessed.
ReplyDeleteHeart warming list! :) Coffee. I don't know what I'd do without it!
