I thought he was already fired. Guess that shows you how much I know. The holidays are hard with weight. But remember that moderation is the key. You can't deny yourself everything. And sometimes if you eat a little more it kick starts your metabolism again.
Oh man... "no" during the Holidays is a must... but why is it so hard to say?I cant believe Thanksgiving is next week... my mind is blown we're into the Holidays!!!
You had me at the first post it...I can't believe November is going so fast!!!!Yikes.
I had hoped to get these 5-7 lbs. off before the holidays ... not easy to try to maintain, let alone lose during the holidays. Good luck!
I love Thanksgiving, too...my girl will be headed home! Woot, woot!
Yep, I need to be saying no a little more right now too.I love your little notes on Tuesday. Mind if I ask how you do it?
BTW, I love your little notes! It is so hard to say no but you can do it. I know you can. Every time you want to taste something decadent, grab a banana or apple quickly!
I've been on a plateau for a few months now. Drives me crazy! I won't give up either.
I gave up Diet Coke a week ago and am using the "Emotional Freedom Technique" (kind of) to handle the cravings. I don't care if it's not scientifically proven; it's working for me. Hang in there--YOU CAN DO IT!!Thanks for linking up! I hope you're having a great weekend :)
I think our coach is going to be in the same boat as yours!!!! So sorry for you guys!!
