Must be Monday

It's time for "Meet Me on Monday", so it must be the start of a new week!  Here are this week's prompts:

1.  How many TV’s do you have in your home?
6 right now.  We're big tv watchers!
2.  What is on your bedside table (nightstand)?
Right now:  a bottle of water, lamp, and a clock.
3.  How many pair of shoes do you own?
I have no idea, and I'm not going to take the time to go count them!  Under 20, though.  When you have "peasant feet", you can't be into shoes that much!
4.  Can you change a flat tire?
I've never done it, but it's not rocket science.  I'm sure if  I could figure out the jack I could change one.
5.  Do you prefer sweet treats or salty treats?
Sweet, definitely.  I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world!

Go to Java's and link up to see how everybody else answered!

  1. Happy Monday! I hope neither one of us ever have to learn to change a tire. BTW, love the funny quote widget!

  3. I had a flat tire once and I knew I could change it but could not for the life of me figure out how to get the jack onto the car. It kept slipping. A man stopped and offered to help and turns out I had a little cover that you needed to flip, kinda like what is on the gas tank, and the jack just popped right in there. I felt like an idiot. Oh well, live and learn.

    Have a nice week!

  14. Visiting from Meet Me on Monday blog hop.
You are right: Changing a tire isn't rocket science. It can, however, be a real pain when you can't find where the manufacturer hid the jack in the secret panel!!

  15. Hello! I'm your newest follower. I'm a sweets lover also. I almost always have to have something sweet after dinner, even if it's something really tiny.

  17. In hopping through these blogs in this meme, so far you are the leader in TV ownership! Congratulations!

I just found out about this meme so plan to participate tomorrow.

We only have 2 TVs unless you count our outdated one that we just use for DVDs and VHS tapes.

I have 4 pairs of shoes.

    We don't have a nightstand.

We call AAA when we need a tire changed--I wouldn't trust either of us to do it right, although I think I have the knowledge as to how to do it. I skipped Driver's Ed class that day when they taught us how to do it.

    Prefer sweets any day!
