Thankful Thursday

Thankful Thursday
Rebecca at Knit by God's Hand hosts Thankful Thursday. Since I'm really trying to get this blog back in shape, I had to participate!!!

This week, I’m thankful for…

~ air conditioning. Seriously. I have no idea how we survived without it when I was growing up.

~ a job that means that I can relax in the summer and read books.

~ online CEUs. That means I don't have to go in for training over the summer!

~ my camera. Not only am I enjoying seeing the beauty in every little thing, but I'm able to capture it in photographs!

~ my dogs. They're the ones who make me get up in the morning to walk...even though I'm drenched when we get home.

~ nice people. Especially the ones in a Facebook group for SLPs who are TPT Sellers (teacher site where you can peddle your materials that you've made). They don't pass judgement (at least not publicly!) and answer any question...even if it is a stupid one!

What are you thankful for?

  1. Thankful for cameras... you're speaking to my heart right there :)
I'm so jealous of everyone that gets summer off. Enjoy it even more for me too :)
Thanks for linking up today with me!

  2. I'm thankful for air conditioning (indeed, how did we manage before it?), for my grands, for our garden (can't wait for fresh tomatoes, green beans, onions, and cucumbers!), and for blog friends.

  3. Air conditioning...I'm so thankful too. Ours at church wasn't working well Sunday and I was drenched before it was over! haha Fortunately, the repairman came today and they think it's fixed. So Father's Day should be a little cooler!

I've let my phone camera take over for my other camera almost completely. I just love it, because I almost always have it with me.

Hope you have a great day Mary!

  5. I think if I had summers off I would SO dread going back to work in the fall (late summer nowadays). It's bad enough when I take a week's vacation! I'm so ready to retire!
