Every Sunday, Java posts questions so that we can get to know each other better. Here are the 23rd round of questions:
1. How many pillows do you sleep with?
Just 1. I used to sleep with a couple, but I've cut back to 1.
2. Where will you eat on Thanksgiving?
My house. A couple of years ago one of my sisters volunteered my house so mom wouldn't have to worry about anything, so it looks like my house is the Turkey Day house.
3. Would you rather go to a party or host a party?
Definitely go to one. Less stress. I'm all about less stress.
4. How many purses (for the guys..wallets) do you own?
I only have a few that I switch out with the seasons: I have one for fall, one for the holidays, and one for spring/summer. I'm just not a big purse person.
5. What is your favorite kind of seafood?
You beat me by one huh? lol...who knows..we may have a straggler or two!
ReplyDeleteI think fried shrimp are my fav too!
Happy Thanksgiving!
I definitely need to get rid of some of my purses! You have the right idea of owning just a few! BTW - Stopping by from Meet me on Monday.
ReplyDeleteI'm still holding on to my comfortable two pillows. And shrimp is definitely a close second for me on seafood.
ReplyDeleteI am about less stress. Have a blessed Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteI am with you. I would much rather go to a party than host one. I hate stress. :) Have a beautiful day.
ReplyDeleteI too shudder if I have to host a party. I'm so not apt at it..I rather attend one then to host one.
ReplyDeleteWonder where all of us are going to go to these parties? So far, no one likes to host them!
ReplyDeleteWe'll host the party : ) We love to have parties!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big purse person either. Right now, I only have one that I use. A Coach black leather purse. It matches everything.
ReplyDeleteMary! I always laugh...we are so similar. I have just a few purses that I switch out as well.
ReplyDeleteOkay, y'all: PARTY AT JOYCE'S! :D
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving. BTW, I sure hope your sister helps cook since she volunteered your house and all, ha!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jacalyn
I love a good party but agree with you that going to one is much less stressful than hosting one.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you; I like one pillow, anymore and it makes my neck hurt. I'm also with you that I would rather go to a party than give one for that very same reason, less stress.
ReplyDeletehope you have a great Monday!
betty
We had shrimp last night...I love shrimp as well as purses! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is the first year that Thanksgiving is not at our house. We are going to our daughter's home. I was thrilled when she asked us to come. no house to clean, no huge cooking to do and I can take home leftovers! Gotta love that.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a lot of purses either. Never did get into that whole thing.
That's what I was trying to do this year by changing things up and going out to eat. Well that didn't work! I love to cook Thankgiving dinner, I just wanted a break. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Loved reading your answers.
ReplyDeleteStopping by for Meet Me On Monday.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big purse person either.
I can't believe how many expensive designer purses some people own!
